Please bring the ticket to reception to have it validate so that it is free of charge. Do this before you leave the property. This ticket is one-time use only, and you will get a new one once you return

Unfortunately, we do not have a pool, the closest swimming facilities are at South Bank Parklands or Musgrave Park Swim centre

Yes, we have a washing machine and dryer on each floor. The washing machine is $5, and the dryer is complimentary. You can use your credit or debit card for the machine. Washing powder can be purchased at the reception for $1.00

Yes, we do have a restaurant, this is only open for Breakfast. Weekdays: 7:00am – 9:00am, Weekends: 7:00am – 10:00am. This is a full buffet breakfast and is $25 for adults. Children depend on ages

Yes, we have a gym located across the lobby and this is open 24 hours a day. 18 years and older only

The entire hotel including the courtyard are nonsmoking. There is a designated area across the driveway in front of the hotel.

The hotel has three Wheelchair accessible rooms, These have fully accessible bathrooms and a King bed which can be split into Twins.

Our check in time is 2:00pm and our check out time is at 10:00am. Our reception is open 24 hours a day.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Service animals are accepted, however must wear their coats while on duty. Please provide paperwork to confirm your animal is a service animal.

The hotel is close to Princess Theatre, South Bank Parklands, GOMA and the Museum, Queen Street Mall, Botanical Gardens and many other activities.

It is a 4-minute walk to the front door, from the hotel, you turn right and walk to the brewhouse pub. Cross the road at the traffic lights and continue straight ahead for about 40 metres and the entrance is on the right.
